The Montbrillant Datora has the same features as the Navitimer (slide rule and chronograph), and adds in big day and month windows, a 24 hour sub-dial, and a date chapter ring (I’m glad they didn’t go for the moon phase). MyWatch Monday: A Classic Pilot Chronograph
My Tutima Flieger F2 is about as classic looking as a pilot chronograph can get. That’s why I love it so much. Bi-directional coin-edge bezel, black dial, Arabic numerals, railroad track chapter rings on the sub-dials (my favorite feature), the list goes on and on. [Read more…]
